Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for debugging and after-sales service of sales products at customer sites;

2. Resolve product malfunctions during debugging and after-sales service, and provide timely reports;

3. Responsible for on-site communication with customers, timely resolution of customer inquiries, and meeting reasonable customer requirements.

Qualification:

1. College degree or above in Electrical or related field;

2. At least one year of technical work experience;

3. Careful and patient in handling tasks, proactive, creative, and possess good communication and coordination skills;

4. Able to travel and comply with arrangements. The company is responsible for providing free paid training on materials, mechanical testing, and various testing related knowledge.
